These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tomo, the AI agent for your X (Twitter) account, operated by Tomo Labs, Inc. (“Tomo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for complying with X’s terms and applicable law when using content the agent prepares for you.

Your content

You retain ownership of your account, your posts, and any content you publish. Tomo drafts and suggests content for your review; you decide what to publish. You are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, to violate platform rules, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, trials, and pricing are described at checkout. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
