This Privacy Policy explains how Tomo Labs, Inc. (“Tomo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tomo, our AI agent for your X (Twitter) account, available at tomoai.com and app.tomoai.com (the “Service”).

Information we collect

When you connect your X account, we access account data you authorize through X’s OAuth flow — including your profile, posts, and engagement signals — so the agent can read your account and draft content. We also collect the email address and basic account details you provide, and standard technical data (device, browser, and usage logs) needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to read your account, generate drafts in your voice, deliver signals and audits, communicate with you about your account, and maintain security. Tomo prepares content for you to review — it does not publish to X on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and AI model providers) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can disconnect your X account, request deletion of your data, or close your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@usetomo.com.
